Tim is a disputes attorney primarily focused on the resolution of construction
and project disputes for Saudi Aramco.  Tim is also involved with the drafting,
reviewing, and negotiating of commercial contracts.  Since being admitted to the
Texas bar in 1998, Tim has focused on dispute resolution as well as contractual and
transactional support, primarily in relation to large scale EPC contracts.  Prior to
joining Saudi Aramco in 2012, Tim’s career included working at SBM Offshore,
McDermott International, Parsons, SEMATECH, and the State of Texas. Tim
received his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific in 1998 and his
Bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College of Maryland in 1993 .
