Dr Abdessatar Khouildi is a renowned Islamic finance specialist, international arbitrator, legal and Sharia Counsel. He was the Secretary General of the International Islamic Centre for Reconciliation and Arbitration in Dubai, Professor of Law at the University of Tunis, and Rapporteur and Advisor of the first Shariah Board of the Islamic Development Bank in Jeddah. He is also a Member of the Shariah Committee to Banque Zitouna and Banque Islamique de Guinee. He has published various articles on Islamic Finance. Author of two books entitled: “Main Differences of Islamic Financial Transactions” and “100 Questions and answers on Commercial Arbitration”.
